Sydney Family Photographer: Autumn Mornings

Ducks, swans, kids, bread, soft light, races and even Lightening McQueen made it to today’s session! Master N had his first photo shoot with me nearly 3 years ago and now has a little sister, C who was just the sweetest thing! It is so nice to be back shooting portraits after so many weddings too, enjoy!

Sydney Engagement Photography: Nick and Holly

Nick and Holly. Engaged.

They flew up from Melbourne for the shoot and we had a great time exploring these spectacular locations that mean a lot to them both, Martin Place in Sydney City and the International College of Management, Manly where Nick proposed on the steps.

Nick proposed right on these steps…

Silos Estate Wedding at Berry

This wedding was held at Silos Estate in Berry and was magical!  The rain held off for most of the day which just made it all the more perfect. The bride is a former dancer and looked amazing in her Collette Dinnigan dress, she also did all the flower arrangements and the special crafty touches really suited the whole feel.  A funny part of the day was when I was chatting with the Groom who loves his soccer, and we worked out he used to play with my brother as well!

Amy and I had some discussions for their portrait session and came up with some great ideas, and the setting was perfect for them and I am so happy with how they turned out. As the evening started (and the mozzies came out!) there were some very funny, emotional speeches and I must say as a wedding photographer, I just love a dance floor full of action and this wedding just went nuts with costumes and wigs! It was an incredible weekend away and I look forward to sharing the rest of the images with you. Big thanks again to Kellee Walsh for assisting!
