Personal Work: A few weeks ago we were down at Clovelly walking in the rain and we came upon these rock fisherman. The waves were huge to say the least but they had no fear whatsoever, no life jackets, nothing. It was freezing and they were continuously soaked. Every time a wave came, I wasn’t sure if they would still be standing there.
I went down for a closer look as I had a prime lens on and managed to get quite close. Apparently there are Black Rock Fish that ‘love’ this heavy rainy weather and they must’ve caught about 5 in the 10mins I was there. They dutifully measured them and put them in a bucket. Nice fish dinner, but worth the risk? hmmmm
